About Surreal Holistic Therapy

My name is Jennifer. I am a dedicated Sports and Complimentary Therapist at Surreal Holistic Therapy, specialising in injury prevention, rehabilitation, the mind/body connection and performance optimisation for athletes and individuals of all levels. With a sound knowledge and understanding of human anatomy and physiology I am familiar with movement patterns, the mind, body connection and sports-related injuries, therefore I focus on helping clients recover efficiently while building resilience to prevent future issues.

My approach combines hands-on therapy, targeted rehabilitation, assisted stretching , mobility work, breathwork and strength-based movement to restore the mind body connection and enhanced performance. I work closely with each client, creating personalized treatment plans to meet their goals, whether they are returning from injury, during pain management , or improving overall physical performance and wellbeing. I am a clinic based in the Mapperley Park and Westbridgford areas of Nottingham.
At Surreal Holistic Therapy our inclusive, calm and welcoming environment provides the perfect space to relax, unwind, and restore balance to mind, body, and spirit.
